999de Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between the 999de platform ("we", "our", "999de") and its users ("you", "member"). These Terms apply to the website https://999de.cam and all its services. These Terms have been prepared in English for users in Bangladesh.

999de is an online entertainment and betting platform. We are committed to providing all our members with a safe and responsible environment. 999de reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

1.1 Definitions

• Platform: The 999de website, app and all associated digital services.
• Member: Any individual with a registered account.
• Account: A member's registered personal profile on the platform.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.2 Single Account Policy

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be true, complete and up to date. Providing false information may result in account cancellation. If your information changes, you must notify our support team immediately.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials, password and account confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately. Allowing others to use your account is prohibited.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on the 999de platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka) for each method. Deposits are generally processed instantly.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal processing time is generally 5 to 30 minutes. Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. We may request additional verification information if needed, which may cause a delay in the withdrawal process.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

999de follows international anti-money laundering standards. We reserve the right to suspend accounts and conduct investigations in cases of suspicious transactions. Funds deposited into an account may only be withdrawn to the depositor's own registered payment method.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus.

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses may only be used for gaming purposes.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• The validity period of each bonus will be specified in the individual offer.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are completed.

4.3 VIP Program

Active members may automatically qualify for the VIP program. There are four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%) and Platinum (up to 1.5%). Cashback benefits are paid out each week. 999de reserves the right to change the specific benefits and requirements of each VIP tier.

4.4 Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

Bonuses may be cancelled or forfeited in the following circumstances:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Breach of terms and conditions or fraudulent behaviour.
• Systematic abuse of the bonus system.
• Providing false or incomplete identity information.

5 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Gaming Process

All games operated on the 999de platform are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. We use software from trusted game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi and others. The outcome of each game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

5.2 Bet Cancellation Policy

6 Sports Betting Terms

6.1 Bet Types

999de offers betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (including FIFA), kabaddi and other popular sports. Each bet may have its own terms, which will be displayed before the bet is placed.

6.2 Odds and Results

Displayed odds may change at any time. The odds applicable at the moment the bet is confirmed will be used for settlement. If a match or event is cancelled, the relevant bet will be voided and the stake returned.

6.3 Live Betting

Odds may change due to internet latency when placing bets in the live betting section. 999de reserves the right to suspend betting if the live feed is interrupted for any reason.

7 Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, storage and use of members' personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. This policy forms an integral part of these Terms. We use SSL encryption and other security technologies to keep your information safe.

Your information is not sold to third parties. However, information may be shared with relevant authorities to fulfil legal obligations or to prevent financial fraud.

10 Limitation of Liability

The 999de platform is provided on an as-is basis. 999de is not liable for any loss caused by technical issues, server outages or third parties. We are committed to ensuring maximum platform availability, but a 100% uptime guarantee is not possible.

999de is not liable for any financial losses from gaming. Online gaming and betting are risky activities — the decision to participate is entirely the member's own responsibility.

11 Dispute Resolution

999de's final decision in resolving a dispute will be considered binding, though members retain the right to pursue applicable legal processes at any time.

12 Amendments and Effectiveness

999de reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice of any changes will be published on the website. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in full effect. If both English and Bengali versions of this agreement exist, the Bengali version will take precedence.
